Service Process

In a new insurance application process, you can view the information of insurance products via the Pacific Insurance web site at   www.panfic.com  or contact our nearest representative office, or Auto Guard care  021 45 8 45 511. 

After submitting the documents, undergoing a survey (if required), and receiving approval from Pan Pacific Insurance, you will receive a Debit Note and can pay your premium. For the premium payment and confirmation process, please see the Premium Payment Procedure section of this website.

Please provide the following documents when you submit your application for a new insurance policy :

  1. Insurance Application form
  2. Copy of valid ID Card (KTP) / Driver’s License (for motor vehicle insurance)
  3. Copy of valid vehicle registration certificate (STNK) (for motor vehicle insurance)
  4. Other documents, depending on the type of insurance chosen.
